Here’s our 2019 holiday-card schedule.3 min read

The holidays will be here before you know it. They’re also one of the best times to build stronger relationships with clients by simply sending them a card.

We always recommend business owners send holiday cards. The ROI is off the charts and they’re opened, kept and shared.

The same just can’t be said for holiday emails which get lost in the year-end, inbox flood of promotional offers. Cards help you stand out. They just make sense.

Read “7 reasons why insurance agents should send holiday cards to their clients.”

Getting in the holiday card spirit
The design team is working hard to get a ton of new card styles ready for the holiday season.

And they’ve gone completely, Al-Pacino-level method on the project.

Why we’re sharing the schedule this early.

Basically, it gives you the time to think about how many cards you might need and when you’d like to send them. Here are a few other things to consider:

  • You don’t have to write any of the messages. We’ll take care of that for you.
  • We can help you build a list of card recipients.
  • You’ll get an additional discount if you choose to send cards to all your clients.

Here are the important dates.

Nov. 1 — We start taking holiday-card orders.

Holiday cards will be $1.95 per card again for 2019. This price includes the handwritten card, envelope, stamp and fulfillment.

We’ve got fun and festive styles for just about every occasion—Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year’s, seasons greetings, etc.

We upgraded our card stock, which means images are crisper and sharper compared to last year. You’ll also notice each card has a nice heft and feel to it.

Nov. 18 — Last chance to order Thanksgiving Day cards.

If you try ordering after this date, there’s no guarantee they’ll arrive for Nov. 25. So, we strongly recommend you get in early.

Nov. 29 — $1.95 holiday-card pricing ends.

You’ll still be able to order and send cards until Dec. 18, but you won’t get them for this special price. My advice: order now.

Dec. 2 — Cyber Monday. Save big on Anytime cards.*

Yep, as the name suggests, you can use Anytime cards any time for any type of communication outside of the holidays—welcome, thank you, birthdays, etc.

Even though the cost of first-class stamps went up 10% this year, we’re offering our lowest pricing ever.

A limited amount of Anytime cards will be available at $498 per pack of 250.

Dec. 18 — We end holiday-card orders.

Make sure you get your order in way before this date so you don’t miss out.

That’s it for now. Let your account manager know if you have any questions. We’ll be sharing updates over the next few months, so keep an eye out for them too.
