Calling all HawkSoft users! We have a few enhancements you’ll want to know about.

Keep it at the top

If you use Sidecar, you can now pin it to stay on top of your other windows, making it easier to see what you’re working on in ClientCircle.

Don’t have Sidecar installed? It’s a complimentary tool available to all HawkSoft users. Check out this webinar replay to learn more about how it works.

Download your Dave Ramsey leads

If you use our Dave Ramsey automation, you can now download new leads into HawkSoft and create new contact profiles for those leads.

Recognize the “Do not market” field

ClientCircle will now recognize the “Do not market” opt-out field in HawkSoft and unsubscribe these contacts from future emails and text messages.

See policy sub-statuses

Finally, you can bring policy sub-statuses from HawkSoft into ClientCircle to help you target your communications even better. For example, if a client's policy recently canceled due to non-payment, you can automatically follow up with them by email or text.
